The City Council of the City of Elsinore met in an adjourned
session on March 29, 1962 and was called to order at 7:30 Pm.
with Mayor Bartlett presiding.
Invocation was delivered by Councilman Yarborough, and the Pledge
of Allegiance was led by Councilman Berry.
Roll call sfound Councilman Stewart absent.
The clerk reported that she had talked with Attorney Dougherty,
and that due to a conflict in legals on the proposed annexation,
the necessary papers were not ready for action.
On motion Councilman Yarborough, seconded Councilman Berry,
8 park benches to purchased for parks at approx. X125, car.
On motion Councilman Berry, seconded Councilman Yarborough,
the sanitation truck to be~'~ihauled at Rollie~s Garage at a
bid of $240. "car.
No further business appearing, the meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
on motion Councilman Yarborough, seconded Councilman BerxyeG(~
