32?= Adjourned $eeting March 5, 1963 The City Council of the City of Elsinore met in an adjourned session -on March 5, 1963 and was called to order at 7:Q0 P.M, with Mayor Bartlett presiding. ;.:The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Berry. ,.. :Roll call found Councilman Yarborough absent. City AdTnixiiatrator Guler also in attendance. This being the time and place fixed for the canvass of the returns of the special ,bond election held on Htbruary 26, 1963, the returns of said election and the_absentee votes cast at said election that have been received were_ dulp- and regularly canvassed as provided by '' law. Thata special bond election was duly called and j regularly held in said city on the 26th day of Feb., 1963, at which election thereJwas submitted to the qualified vaiters of said city the following proposition, to wit: '. PROP03ITION:' 3ha11 the City of-Elsinore issue water ' revenue bonds in the principal amount of $1100,000 for the,acquisition,.construction and financing of ex- tentions of, additions to & improvements of the water system of the.City of Elsinore, including the construction of separate facilities to store, convey and supply .mineral water,'the construction of reservoirs, pumping plants, ~,>„ ~ watex transmission_mains,.pipelines & appurtenances & appurtenant works, wells, the acquisition of all water rights} lands, rights of_way, easements & other property necessary for a~y_of_the foxegoimg,_& including all. engineering, nspeetion, legal & fiscal agents fees, costs of the bond-election. &. of the issuance of said revenue bonds, bond reserve:.funds.& working capital & bond interest to accrue during.. the construction. period & ~©r a period of not to-exceed 12_moxiths after completion of construction, & other costs..& estimated egsts incidental to & connected with such. acquisition,,constructioxi and financing?
