COUNCIL MEETING AUGUST 24, lgb4
The City Council of the City of Elsinore met in regular session on
August 24, 1954 and was called to order at 7:30 P,M, ~-/ith Mayor Pro-
tem De Pasquale presiding.
Invocation was delivered by Rev. Coulter and the Pledge of Allegiance
was led by Councilman Yarborough.
Roll call found Mayor Bartlett absent,
The minutes of August 10, 1864 were approved as read,

Mayor Prc-tom De°asquale had letters from the Atchison, Topeka & Santa
Fe Railway Co., "-1.H.F,A., and Governor Brown read.
Bldg, Inspector Spider's progress report on cendemnaticn proceedings alas

A resolution on tl,e high school site was ;resented to the council by 1'layor
Pro-tom DePasquale. Discussion held on resolution. by council and public,
no action taken.
:lotion Councilman Yarborough, seconded Councilman Berry, car., that the
Silver St. quitclaim deed be accepted ar.d that the Mayor & City Clerk be
authorized to execute same.
Mayor Pro-tom DePasquale suggested the need for appropriate signs denetir.g
Lake Elsinore and ~~~as informed that the Chamber of Commerce is working on
such a project.
The use of the City Par!: on Sat,, Sept. 25th from 11:00 A,M, to 1:30 P,M,
was granted to Mayor Pro-tom DePasquale for the holding of a rally,
