CALL TO ORDER - 4:30 P.M.
A Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was called to order by Chairman
Buckley at 4:30 p.m.

ABSENT: MEMBERS: MAGEE (Arrived at 4:35 p.m.)
Also present were: City Manager Brady, City Attorney Leibold, Community Services
Director Sapp, Administrative Services Director Pressey, Information/Communications
Manager Dennis, Interim Agency Secretary Soto.

Legal Counsel Leibold announced the Closed Session discussion item as listed above.
She noted that item "A" was discussed and there was no reportable action.
City Attorney Leibold stated the Agency will meet again with Stadium representatives
and to continue the item as part of the Closed Session for the March 27th meeting.

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Diamond Stadium Group, LLC oresentation of Stadium Operations Proposal
Dave Oster presented the history of Storm Baseball, their involvement in Lake
Elsinore and surrounding communities. He also commented their involvement,
sponsorship and donations that have been made to the local schools. He
commented on the upgrades and improvements that have been made to the
Diamond. He indicated the yearly venues that are held at the Diamond as well as
those that could be added in the future. He commented on the staffing that has
been added to the help with the promotion and maintenance of the Diamond. He
explained the investments that will be made to promote the Diamond and the
venues held there. He commented on the positive community fan base.
Wendy Lesovsky, PresidenUCEO of Temecula Valley Communications, Inc.
commented on being a long time fan of the Storm. She said she handles
telephones at the Diamond. She indicated the City should keep the current
administration.
Kim Cousins indicated the Storm was 2006 Business of the Year, and provides
a family environment. He said the Storm's events are and will be a great asset to
the community.
Bob Lapidos, Attorney for the Storm, commented on the Storm's organization
and their commitment to excellence. He indicated the Storm is committed to first
class operations, family entertainment and working with the community. He
commented on the plans for improvements and their budget concepts.
