CALL TO ORDER
The Special City Council Meeting was called to order by Mayor Magee at 538
p.m.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: BUCKLEY, HICKMAN,
KELLEY, SCHIFFNER,
MAGEE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
Also present were: City Manager Brady, City Attorney Leibold and Office
Specialist I Soto.
CLOSED SESSION
A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL -
ANTICIPATED LITIGATION - Significant exposure to litigation
pursuant to subdivision (b) of Gov't Code § 54956.9: (1 potential case).
B. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE (Government Code §
54957) - City Manager.
Mayor Magee announced the Closed Session discussion item as listed above.

THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING RECONVENED AT 6:38 P.M.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
City Attorney Leibold announced the Closed Session Items as listed above. She
noted that the City Council met in closed session with the City Manager to provide
information and direction that the City Council deemed necessary and appropriate
for the performance by the City Manager of his duties as they related to personnel
matters affecting general City employees. She noted that there was no reportable
action on Closed Session Item A.
ADJOUNRMENT
THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING WAS ADJOURNED AT 6:50
P.M.
