Mayor Magee called the meeting to order at 8:51 p.m.

Also present: City Manager Yates, City Attorney Leibold, City Clerk Bloom, Director of
Administrative Services Riley, Public Works Director Seumalo, Police Chief Kennedy -
Smith, and Acting Planning Manager MacHott.

CONSENT CALENDAR
(1) Approval of Recreation Authority Minutes
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Recreation Authority approve the
minutes as submitted:
a) Regular meeting of April 10, 2012.
It was moved by Council Member Manos, and seconded by Council Member Hickman
to approve the Consent Calendar; the motion passed unanimously.

City Manager Yates thanked City Staff for the outstanding job with organizing the City's
