REGULAR MEETING MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 15, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Joyce I-Iohenadl called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Pledge of allegiance was led by Chairman Hohenadl.
ROLL CALL

Also present: Richard J. MacHott, Acting Planning Manager, City of Lake Elsinore
PUBLIC COMMENTS — NON AGENDIZED ITEMS - -1 MINUTE
None
CONSENT CALENDAR
(1) Minutes of the January 15, 2013 Historic Preservation Commission Meeting.
Tim Fleming made a motion to approve the minutes. The motion was seconded by Linda
Ridenour. Motion was approved 4 -0.
BUSINESS ITEMS
(2) Review of the draft report prepared by Chairman Joyce Hohenadl.
The committee members reviewed a copy of the draft report that was prepared to submit to
the City Council per their Resolution No. 2012 -041. The report will be presented to the
Planning Commission for their comments before the final report of the Ad Hoe Committee
is presented to the City Council.

After review of the report and discussion a motion was made by Ruth Atkins to
approve the report and the motion was seconded by Linda Ridenour. Motion carried 4 -0.

None
COMMITTEE MEMBER COMMENTS
Joyce Hohenadl thanked all the committee members for their time, research and dedication to
this Ad Hoc Committee. Everyone worked very well together to accomplish the mission
statement. She thanked Richard MacHott for his support and guidance as she knows how busy
he is, but nevertheless took time to assist this committee. His support of historic preservation is
very evident by his involvement with this committee.
Linda Ridenour said she appreciated the hard work and very good job Joyce Hohenadl did as
chairman and she thought the committee had accomplished their mission. Tim Fleming said he
seconded the comments. Ruth Atkins said that the report Chairman Hohenadl prepared was an
outstanding document for this project.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Historic Preservation Ad Hoc Committee
Chairman Hohenadl adjourned the meeting at 1:55 p.m. The next regular meeting is tentatively
scheduled for April 16, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the City Hall.
