CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Tisdale called the meeting to order at 9:13 p.m.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Mayor Tisdale
Mayor Pro Tern Hickman
Council Member Magee
Council Member Melendez
Council Member Weber
ABSENT: None
Also present: Interim City Manager Kilroy, City Attorney Leibold, City Clerk Bloom,
Director of Administrative Services Riley, Public Works Director Seumalo,
Police Chief Fontneau, Fire Captain Hopkins, and Planning Manager Morelion.

There was none scheduled.
CONSENT CALENDAR
(1) Approval of Recreation Authority Minutes
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Recreation Authority approve the
minutes as submitted:
a) Regular Recreation Authority meeting of December 13, 2011.

It was moved by Council Member Melendez, and seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Hickman
to approve the Consent Calendar; the motion passed unanimously.
PUBLIC HEARING(S)
None.
BUSINESS ITEM(S)
(2) Annual Financial Report for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2011
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Authority Board receive and file
the report.
Mayor Tisdale noted that the request for this report is to receive and file.

There were no comments.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Recreation Authority the meeting
was adjourned at 9:14 p.m.
