SUBJECT: FINAL MAP 36447, PARDEE HOMES
Recommendations
1. Approve Final Map No. 36447 subject to the City Engineer's acceptance as being
true and correct.
2. That the City Council authorize the City Clerk to accept all dedications, sign the map
and arrange for the recordation of Final Map No. 36447.
Background
Proposed Final Map No. 36447 is located near the end of the Canyon Hills Community.
The streets will be private and the landscaping maintenance will be provided by the
HOA. There are 87 numbered lots, 14 lettered lots for landscaping, streets, open space
lots and drainage areas.
Discussion
Staff has reviewed the Final Map, and finds it in substantial conformance to Tentative
Tract Map No. 36447, and that all Conditions of Approval relative to the Final Map
approval have been completed.
Fiscal Impact
None.
