Home My WebLink About2012-Public Notice of meeting RelocationsPUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING RELOCATIONS AS SEISMIC RETROFIT CONSTRUCTION COMMENCES ALL LEGISLATIVE MEETINGS TO BE TEMPORARILY RELOCATED FROM THE CITY'S CULTURAL CENTER Due to seismic upgrade construction to the City's Cultural Center in early January 2013, all Lake Elsinore legislative body(s) public meetings will be temporarily relocated from the City's Cultural Center. The respective legislative bodies meeting times and locations are outlined below: City Council December 2012 through December 2013 - The City Council begins hosting its regular meetings at the EVMWD Boardroom. All City Council meetings will commence at 7:00 p.m. and the EVMWD Boardroom is located at 31315 Chaney Street, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530. All parking for these meetings is free and is located along Treleven Avenue or at the gravel parking lot on the northwest corner of Treleven and Gedge Avenue. The City Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Oversight Board of the City of Lake Elsinore December 2012 through December 2013 - The Oversight Board of the City of Lake Elsinore (Oversight Board) will hold its regular meetings in Conference Room A at City Hall. All Oversight Board meetings begin at 3:00 p.m. and the address for City Hall is 130 S. Main Street, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530. All parking for these meetings is free and is located at the public parking lot across from City Hall at the northwest corner of Main and Sulphur Street. The Oversight Board regularly meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month and it is anticipated that the meetings will be held at City Hall through December 2013. Lake Elsinore Planning Commission December 2012 through December 2013 - The City of Lake Elsinore Planning Commission will hold its regular December 18, 2012 meeting at the Lake Elsinore Senior Activity Center's Annex building located at 420 E. Lakeshore Drive, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530. Planning Commission meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. and all parking for these meetings is free and is located at the public parking lot below the Annex Building and adjacent to Lakepoint Park. The Planning Commission regularly meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month and it is anticipated that the meetings will be held at the Annex Building through December 2013.
