Owners of the property and all others having an interest in it were notified of each step of the Structure Abatement process. DISCUSSION The property was declared a Public Nuisance at a Hearing on January 15th, 1993, and Staff directed to proceed with the abatement. Bids were presented to City Council on January 26th, 1993, and the demolition was completed on February 1st, 1993.
