SUBJECT: Railroad Canyon Road - Assessment
District No. 93 -1
BACKGROUND
As you will remember, on March 9, 1993, you adopted the Resolutions
of Intention to form Assessment District No. 93 -1, which will
reimburse Pardee Construction for their costs on Railroad Canyon
Road. At that time a "public meeting" and a "public hearing" date
were set. The "public meeting" was held on April 13, 1993 with no
input from the affected property owners. This is the date for the
formal Public Hearing on the Formation.
City Attorney Harper will be present to clarify this process and
answer any questions you might have.
RECOMMENDATION
Hold Public Hearing.
