SUBJECT: CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF PARCEL MAP 34442, PARDEE
HOMES
Recommendations
1. Approve Parcel Map No. 34442 subject to the City Engineer's acceptance as being
true and correct.
2. That the City Council authorize the City Clerk to accept all dedications, sign the map
and arrange for the recordation of Parcel Map No. 34442.
Background
Proposed Parcel Map No. 34442 is located within the Canyon Hills development, on
Hillside Drive, adjacent to the new sports park. The revised Tentative Parcel Map was
approved by the City Council on March 13, 2012. The project is now known as
Parkside Living Smart. The project contains 18.432 acres divided into two numbered
parcels for development and two lettered parcels for landscaping.
Discussion
Staff has reviewed the Parcel Map and finds it in substantial conformance to revised
Tentative Parcel Map No. 34442 and that all Conditions of Approval relative to the
Parcel Map approval have been completed.
