Public participation provides the Commission with valuable information regarding issues of the community. Regular meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. The agenda is posted 72 hours prior to each meeting outside of City Hall and is available at each meeting. The agenda and related reports are also available at the City Clerk's Office on the Friday prior to the Commission meeting and are available on the City's web site at www.lake- elsinore.org. Any writings distributed within 72 hours of the meeting will be made available to the public at the time it is distributed to the Public Safety Advisory Commission. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person with a disability who requires a modification or accommodation in order to participate in a meeting should contact the City Clerk's Office at (951) 674 -3124, ext. 261 at least 48 hours before the meeting to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility. CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL PRESENTATIONS Lake Elsinore Citizen Corps Program Administrator John Larsen's presentation on Lake Elsinore's Citizen Corps basic mission at the national level and how it relates to Lake Elsinore's Citizen Corp through various programs and events offered. Comments are limited to 3 minutes.) CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS (All matters on the Consent Calendar are approved in one motion, unless a Commissioner or any member of the public requests separate action on a specific action.) (1) Minutes of the June 13 2012 Regular Public Safety Advisory Commission Meeting Recommendation: Approve PSAC Minutes of June 13, 2012. (2) Financial Report Recommendation: Receive and file. BUSINESS ITEMS (3) Annual Reorganization of the Public Safety Advisory Commission to select the Chair and Vice -Chair Recommendation: It is recommended that the Public Safety Advisory Commission (PSAC) yield the Chair to the PSAC Secretary to open the nomination process for the position of Chair, receive nominations, close the nominations and conduct a roll call vote; then the newly selected Chair will assume the Chair and open the nomination process for the position of Vice - Chair, receive nominations, close the nominations and conduct a roll call vote. (4) Consideration of Pedestrian Bicycle Lanes along Lakeshore Drive Recommendation: It is recommended that the Public Safety Advisory Commission recommend staff act as deemed appropriate. (5) Smart Phone Graffiti Application Recommendation: It is recommended that the Public Safety Advisory Commission recommend that the City Manager approve and fund the Smart Phone Graffiti Application as proposed. (6) Consideration of the City of Lake Elsinore Neighborhood Enhancement Team (NET) Program Recommendation: It is recommended that the Public Safety Advisory Commission recommend staff act as deemed appropriate. Main Street, Lake Elsinore, Ca 92530.
