CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman O'Neal called the Regular Planning Commission Meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Commissioner Mendoza led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Also present were: Director of Community Development Preisendanz, Planning
Manager Weiner, Deputy City Attorney Santana, Public Works Director Seumalo,
Planning Technician Miller, and Office Specialist Baron.

CONSENT CALENDAR
1.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval
2. Minor Design Review of a single-family dwelling unit located at 16562 Gunnerson
Street (APN's: 378-231-014/015).
Resolution No. 2007-102 of the Planning Commission of the City of
Lake Elsinore, California, approving a Minor Design Review for a
three-story conventionally build single-family swelling unit.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval

Resolution No. 2007-103 of the Planning Commission of the City of
Lake Elsinore, California, approving a Minor Design Review for a
Single Family Residence
RECOMMENDATION: Approval
4. Minor Desian Review of a Single-Family Residence located at 16813 Bell
Avenue (APN: 378-261-051).
RECOMMENDATION: Continue
The Planning Commission approved the Consent Calendar; motion passed
unanimously.
PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS
5. Residential Design Review No. 2006-14
RECOMMENDATION: Approval
The Planning Commissioner approved Resolution No. 2007-104, a Resolution of
the Planning Commission of the City of Lake Elsinore, California recommending
that the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore adopt findings that the project is
consistent with the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP); the
motion passed unanimously.
The Planning Commissioner approved Resolution No. 2007-105, a Resolution of
the Planning Commission of the City of Lake Elsinore, California recommending
that the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore approval of Residential Design
Review No. 2006-14; the motion passed unanimously.
6. Residential Design Review No. 2006-15
RECOMMENDATION: Approval
The Planning Commissioner approved Resolution No. 2007-106, a Resolution of
the Planning Commission of the City of Lake Elsinore, California recommending
that the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore adopt findings that the project is
consistent with the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP); the
motion passed unanimously.

RECOMMENDATION: Approval
The Planning Commissioner approved Resolution No. 2007-108, a Resolution of
the Planning Commission of the City of Lake Elsinore, California recommending
that the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore adopt findings that the project is
consistent with the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP); the
motion passed unanimously.
The Planning Commissioner approved Resolution No. 2007-109, a Resolution of
the Planning Commission of the City of Lake Elsinore, California recommending
that the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore approval of Residential Design
Review No. 2006-16; the motion passed unanimously.
