AND APPLICABLE CHAPTERS OF THE LAKE ELSINORE MUNICIPAL CODE. CONFIRMATION OF THE PROPOSED DRAFT GENERAL PLAN LAND USE MAP FOR COUNTRY CLUB HEIGHTS AND PORTIONS OF THE HISTORIC DISTRICT.
