NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Lake
Elsinore, California, will hold a public hearing on June 5, 2012, at the Lake Elsinore
Cultural Center, 183 North Main Street, Lake Elsinore, California, 92530, at 6:00 p.m. to
consider the following item:
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 36409 - A REQUEST TO
CONSOLIDATE 19 PARCELS OF LAND CONSISTING OF 24.53
ACRES INTO TWO INDIVIDUAL PARCELS PURSUANT TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAKE ELSINORE DOWNTOWN MASTER
PLAN, SECTION 16 "SUBDIVISIONS" OF THE LAKE ELSINORE
MUNICIPAL CODE (LEMC), AND THE CALIFORNIA SUBDIVISION
MAP ACT (CSMA) FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF LAKESHORE DRIVE AT SPRING AND LINE
STREETS.

available for review at City Hall.
