televised live on Time Warner Cable Station Channel 29 and Verizon subscribers can view
the meetin on Channel 31.

street from the Cultural Center. This will assist us in limitin the impact of meetin on the
Downtown Business District. Thank y ou for y our cooperation.

Recommendation: It is recommended that the Cit Council uphold the appeal and
suspend abatement proceedin to allow retrofit • the buildin as outlined in the
attached Code Compliance Plan.

Recommendation: It is recommended that the Cit Council consider the Cit
investment in the 52-week Promotional Packa b Ronnie Kovach's Outdoor
Enterprises is consistent with the Cit ob to advertise the openin of the new
($8-million) Boat Launch Facilit ,and public information efforts to rebrand the Cit
camp facilit to "La La Resort & Boat Launch". An increase in the sale
of Dail Lake Use Passes b 1,100 (5% would cover the cost of the investment.
