City Planner Coury advised the Commission that the applicant and their team would be providing a PowerPoint presentation to the Commission and would be available to answer any questions. Mike Taylor, representing Pardee Homes introduced his staff to the Commission. Agenda Item No. I Page 2 of 6 Matt Sauls, Marketing Director for Pardee Homes stated he manages the Inland Empire and San Diego offices and this is the first time Pardee Homes has offered this type of home to the area. He pointed out some features included in the homes such as recycled cabinets in the kitchen, carpet made of recycled materials, energy smart appliances, water efficient features and offer front yard drought - tolerant landscaping. Vice -Chair Gonzales requested any speakers to speak either for or against the project. Ron Nugroho, replied by saying the single story model would have the solar panel added and the models would be available in February 2010.
