PROJECT REQUEST
This item was originally scheduled for Planning Commission consideration on May 5,
2009. At the applicant's request, the Planning Commission has subsequently continued
the item three times to its June 2 June 16 and July 7` 2009 meetings. The
continuances have been requested in order to provide additional time for engineering
staff to reevaluate various street improvement conditions based on a new traffic study
submitted by the applicant. As of the drafting of this report, a variety of issues remain
unresolved. Therefore, staff recommends that this item be continued off - calendar to an
unspecified date in the future. Once Engineering staff has indicated that all the issues
have been addressed, staff will schedule the item for the next available Planning
Commission meeting.
