The City of Lake Elsinore appreciates your attendance. Citizens' interest provides the
Planning Commission with valuable information regarding issues of the community.
Meetings are normally held on the 1 st and 3` Tuesday of every month. If you are attending
this Planning Commission meeting, please park in the Parking Lot across the street from
the Cultural Center. This will assist us in limiting the impact of meetings on the Downtown
Business District. Thank you for your cooperation.
The agenda is posted 72 hours prior to each meeting outside of City Hall and is available at
each meeting. The agenda and related reports are also available in the Community
Development Department on the Thursday prior to the Planning Commission meeting.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person with a disability who
requires a modification or accommodation in order to participate in a meeting should
contact the Community Development Department at (951) 674 -3124, ext. 289, at least 48
hours before the meeting to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility. Any
writings distributed within 72 hours of the meeting will be made available to the public at
the time it is distributed to the Planning Commission.

(2) Variance No. 2010 -03 and Minor Design Review to deviate from front yard and rear
yard slope setback requirements and to construct a two -story single - family dwelling
on property located at 17561 Sunnyslope Avenue
Recommendation:
a. Adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 2010 -03 allowing for relief from
the minimum front yard garage setback and rear yard slope setback based
on the Findings, Exhibits, and proposed Conditions of Approval; and,
b. Adopt a resolution approving a Minor Design Review to construct a two -story,
Single - Family Residence along with associated onsite improvements based
on the Findings, Exhibits, and proposed Conditions of Approval.

(3) Conditional Use Permit No. 2010 -08: A request to establish and operate an

(4) Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 36115: A request to subdivide approximately 124
acres of land into 341 parcels (293 Single Family Residential Lots) within the
Canyon Hills Specific Plan
Recommendation:
a. Adopt a resolution adopting findings that the project is exempt from the
Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan; and,
b. Adopt a resolution recommending to the City Council approval of Vesting
Tentative Tract Map No. 36115 based on the Findings, Exhibits, and
proposed Conditions of Approval.
