Instruction to Speakers
After being recognized by the Chairman, please walk to the podium, state your name
and proceed to comment upon the item you wish to address. By virtue of Rules of
Order adopted by Commission, no member of the audience will be called upon to
address the Commission on any subject during the time that the members are
discussing the item. Following the discussion and prior to a vote, the Chairman will
recognize any member of the audience who wishes to speak on the subject, providing
that person has submitted a request. Speakers' comments are limited to three minutes.
You are welcome to attend all Planning Commission meetings and your interest in the
conduct of public business is appreciated.
