Chairman O'Neal called the meeting to order at 6:00

Recommendations: Approval
Chairman O'Neal pointed out to the Commission that he pulled the Joint Study
Session Minutes to have them revised. He indicated that he does not need them to
be verbatim, however would like to see more discussion on the content.
Commissioner Mendoza advised the Commission that he would need to abstain
from the vote as he did not attend the study session.

manufactur -,side entry single -story family dwelling to include a 528 square -foot
two (2) car gara a l at 32166 Machado Street. He stated the architectural

style of the home ;, is considered "Craftsman" including six -foot (6') high wood
fencing along th'6 "south interior property line. He stated the proposed decorative
fencing would include "slump- stone" columns with caps with wrought iron gates in
between. He indicated the applicant is only proposing to landscape and irrigate the
front -yard which would include a rain sensor. He stated staff recommends approval
of the project based on the Findings and is subject to the Conditions of Approval.
He advised the Commission that the applicant is available to answer any questions
the Commission may have.

MOTION was made by Commissioner Zanelli and seconded by Vice -Chair
Gonzales to adopt Resolution No. 2007 -152, approving a Minor Design Review for
a Pre - Manufactured Single -Story Single - Family Dwelling unit located at 32166
Machado Street.
