Chairman O'Neal called the meeting to order at 6:00 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Commissioner Flores led the Pledge of Allegiance. City Council /Planning Commission Joint Study Session Meeting Minutes for July 31, 2007. Agenda Item No. Page 2 of 6 Planning Commission Meeting August 21, 2007 Recommendations: Approval Chairman O'Neal pointed out to the Commission that he pulled the Joint Study Session Minutes to have them revised. He indicated that he does not need them to be verbatim, however would like to see more discussion on the content. Commissioner Mendoza advised the Commission that he would need to abstain from the vote as he did not attend the study session. MOTION was made by Commissioner Zanelli and Flores to have the Joint Study Session Minutes t Commission for further review. He stated staff recommends approval of the project based on the Findings and is subject to the Conditions of Approval. He advised the Commission that the applicant is available to answer any questions the Commission may have.
