SUBJECT: REORGANIZATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
DISCUSSION
On, July 7, 2011, Chairman John Gonzales resigned as Chairman of the Planning
Commission. Consequently, staff is advising that the Planning Commission select a new
Chair who will serve in the capacity until July 2012, pursuant to City Council Policy No. 200 -
5A(G).
RECOMMENDATION
That the Planning Commission members reorganize the Planning Commission by selecting
a new Chair to serve for a one year period, pursuant to City Council Policy No 200- 5A(G).
