Meetings are normally held on the 151 and 3`d Tuesday of every month. If you are attending this Planning Commission meeting, please park in the parking lot across the street from the Cultural Center. Conditional Use Permit No. 2011-11 -A request to operate a tattoo establishment in approximately 1,800 square feet of leased space within the Westlake Village Commercial Center located at 31712 Casino Drive, Suite 1C Recommendation: It is recommended that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 2012- adopting findings that the project is consistent with the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan; and, adopt Resolution No. 2012- approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2011-11 for the operation of a tattoo establishment based on the findings, exhibits, and proposed conditions of approval.
