Redevelopment Agency Annual Report of Various Agency Activities LAKE ELSINORE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ANNUAL REPORT ON VARIOUS AGENCY ACTIVITIES FISCAL YEAR 2010 -2011 1. Fiscal Statement Report: A fiscal statement for FY 2010 -11, required by Health and Safety Code section 33080.5, is included with this annual report. 2. Blight Progress Report: During the fiscal year, the RDA continued to pay debt service on prior obligations incurred for projects that worked to eliminate or substantially reduce blighting conditions. In addition, the Agency continued to address blight through redevelopment activities such as the Pottery Court Housing project and the Lakeview Apartments rehabilitation project, and entered into negotiations to develop land in the RDA project areas. 3. Loan Report: No Agency loans fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) or more in FY 2010 -11 were in default, or not in compliance with the terms of the loan approved by the redevelopment agency. 4. Property Report: The RDA owns several parcels. An inventory of properties is included with this annual report. 5. Time Limit Expiration Dates: Time limit expiration dates for commencement of eminent domain proceedings, establishment of loans, advances, and indebtedness to finance redevelopment projects, effectiveness of the redevelopment plan and to repay indebtedness with the proceeds of property taxes are listed in the California Department of Housing and Community Development Redevelopment Annual Housing Activity Report included with this annual report. 6. Agency Housing Activities Report: The description of the agency's activities in FY 2010 -11 affecting housing and displacement that contains the information required by Sections 33080.4 and 33080.7 in the Health and Safety Code is included in the California Department of Housing and Community Development Redevelopment Annual Housing Activity Report included with this annual report.
