NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Lake Elsinore, California, will hold a public hearing on January 17, 2012, at the Lake Elsinore Cultural Center, 183 North Main Street, Lake Elsinore, California, 92530, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following item: I%L-y Iylf l lyl\ V "Mil INV. LV VV - V I NINU VC-0 I CN RIl7n 1 I V IVIII'M - Reclamation Plan for an 85.76 -acre mining site, generally located along the east side of the 1 -15 Freeway between Nichols Road and Lake Street. The project site was previously within the 3,457 acre boundaries of Reclamation Plan 112. The Planning Commission will consider the approval of the proposed Reclamation Plan 2008 -01 for the site and whether the owner has a legal vested right for quarrying on the site pursuant to SMARA and Lake Elsinore Municipal Code Chapter 14.04. Reclamation will include, but is not limited to, the restoration and revegetation of any disturbed land associated with the project site. Mitigated Negative Declaration No. 2008 -08 was prepared for the project according to the California Environmental Quality Act. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS are hereby invited to attend this public hearing to present written information, express opinions or otherwise present evidence in the above matter. If you wish to legally challenge any action taken by the City on the above matter, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City prior to or at the public hearing.
