THE TENTATIVE TRACT MAP PROPOSES 10 TOTAL PARCELS (2 MULTI- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, 2 OPEN SPACE, 5 LANDSCAPE, AND 1 BASIN). THE TRACT MAP IS LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF RAILROAD CANYON ROAD APPROXIMATELY 900 FEET SOUTH OF CANYON HILLS ROAD WITHIN THE CANYON HILLS SPECIFIC PLAN (PLANNING AREAS 1A, AND 16). ENVIRONMENTAL CLEARANCE IS PROVIDED BY ADDENDUM NO. 3 TO THE 1989 FINAL CANYON HILLS SPECIFIC PLAN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT.
