NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Lake Elsinore, California, will hold a public hearing on February 15, 2011, at the Lake Elsinore Cultural Center, 183 North Main Street, Lake Elsinore, California, 92530, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following item: THE APPLICANT IS PROPOSING VESTING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 36118 IN ACCORDANCE WITH DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN STANDARDS CONTAINED WITHIN THE CANYON HILLS SPECIFIC PLAN. THE TENTATIVE TRACT MAP PROPOSES 13 TOTAL PARCELS (3 MULTI- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, 3 STREET, 4 LANDSCAPE, 1 COMMERCIAL, AND 1 RIPARIAN). THE TRACT MAP IS LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF RAILROAD CANYON ROAD APPROXIMATELY 900 FEET SOUTH OF CANYON HILLS ROAD WITHIN THE CANYON HILLS SPECIFIC PLAN (PLANNING AREAS 1C, 2A, 26, 2C, AND 2D). ENVIRONMENTAL CLEARANCE IS PROVIDED BY ADDENDUM NO. 3 TO THE 1989 FINAL CANYON HILLS SPECIFIC PLAN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT.
