Subj: Revised Action to Freeze Fiscal Year 2008/2009 TUMF Fee Schedule
Dear Committee Members,
On April 7, 2008 the Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) Executive Committee
took action not to adjust TUMF Program fees for Fiscal Year 2008/2009. By keeping the current
fees in place this will require your jurisdiction to adopt a new fee schedule resolution. WRCOG
legal counsel has prepared a template for your use, and it is attached to this memo.
The TUMF Program fees for FY 2008/2009 will remain at the current rate as follows:
Single Family $10,046 per unit
Multi Family $7,054 per unit
Industrial $1.84 per sq. foot
Retail $9.99 per sq. foot
Service $5.71 per sq. foot
Class A &B Office $2.19 per sq. foot
Please make sure that this information is provided to the appropriate staff within your jurisdiction
and agency. If you have any questions regarding this correspondence please contact Ruthanne

Bob,
I need to withdraw Consent Item No. 15 (CEQA Contract) on tonight's Agenda. No project has
been submitted and all (Wendy & Tom) agree with me that we should not move forward until a
submittal is made to Planning. I think they were trying to help expedite the project, but there
are too many issues relative to the project area and we need to see what exactly is being
proposed.
