All of the info from those calls is listed below. There were 14 calls in total. A few highlights of those calls are as follows: - 6 of the calls were non - criminal. - 8 were for misdemeanor offenses (3 of the 8 were assaults, 4 were 415's). - The earliest call was at 17:12 hours. All of the other calls fell between 2000 hours and 02:36 hours. - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights were busiest. Each of those nights had three calls each. There were two calls on Tuesday and Wednesday nights each. There was only one call on a Tuesday night and no calls on Monday nights. Initial responding units located approximately 150 to 200 juveniles and adults gathering in the parking lot some of which were fighting. Trevy security was outside standing by but were unable to control the situation. Once the initial units pulled into the parking lot, the crowd began to disperse running across Mission Trail to the Albertson's parking lot, to the Stater Brother's parking lot, and to the movie theatre parking lot. The security for Trevy said they had approximately 150 - 200 people in the "small club" inside where a fight broke out. They said they "kicked out the people fighting but the entire crowd moved out into the parking lot along with numerous people from the other club. While at Trevy, we learned that 2 Hondas had been stolen from the parking lots during the course of the evening. No victim's were located from the fight and no arrests were made. Louis Fetherolf & City Council of Lake Elsinore I was at the City Council Meeting on June 10,2008. You made some very good points and as I understand that Michel Knight of Trevi Center is not to have any Live Enter- tainment in any room in Trevi Center. On June 13, 2008 Fri. some people had made some calls to the 1 -800— Tel non Emer- gency and told them about Fri night at the Trevi. The manger of Trevi told the Elk to Leave by 10 :OOpm and no later. Then about 10:15 the manger had gambling tables de- livered for the teen Lock down. Two deferent Live Entertainment came in with the Big Speakers. If they lock down why was some teens came out the doors about 2:am? The teens was on Mission Trail all knight. Police officers did arrive one at 10 :35 pm and another at 11:30 pm. They only walk part of the building and not the elk room The elk did not have NO FUCTION After 10 :00 pm. The gambling tables should not be in the Room the Elk use because it gives the Elk Lodge a bad name. On June 14,2008 Trevi Center had Four deferent live Entertainment in three deferent rooms. One in the Bar Room , One in the Illusion Room, one in the Room the Elk are using and one in the are by the Bar by Bowling Lanes. The Security Guard where same as other times and only 4 Guards for the complete day. Every one did not have to show a I.D. on Fri June l3or Sat. June 14. He has not completed his requirement for his Con- dition Us Permit so why can he keep on doing Live entertainment when he was told not to and how can he serve all kind of drinks with out seeing a ID. See Attached copy handed out. Every week end after above date Trevi Center has had Music and Entertainment that he has no permit . This has to be looked into. Every one says that if he can get away with it then we can do what we want in the city of Lake Elsinore. We hope you can do something about this. The problems this makes after dark on Mis- sion Trail is unbelievable. Hope you make him get permits like every one ells has to. He thinks he can do what he want and he is above the law. Even his employees are quitting day after day. I "am to afraid to give my address because I work for him.
