The City of Lake Elsinore appreciates your attendance. Citizens' interest provides the

Meetings are held on the 2 and 4 Tuesday of every month. In addition, meetings are
televised live on Time Warner Cable Station Channel 29 and Verizon Subscribers can
view the meetings on Channel 31.
The agenda is posted 72 hours prior to each meeting outside of City Hall and is
available at each meeting. The agenda and related reports are also available at the
City Clerk's Office on the Friday prior to the Council meeting and are available on the
City's web site at www.lake- elsinore.orq. Any writings distributed within 72 hours of
the meeting will be made available to the public at the time it is distributed to the City
Council.
The Recreation Authority is a Joint Exercise of Powers between the City and Agency
created by a Joint Powers Agreement dated December 1, 1996. The purpose of the
Recreation Authority is to provide, through the issuance of Revenue Bonds, a financing
pool to fund Capital Improvement Projects. These Revenue Bonds are to be repaid
solely from the revenues of certain public obligations. The Recreation Authority does
not have taxing power. The Recreation Authority's activities are blended with those of
the City in these financial statements and are reported as a debt service fund. A
component unit financial statement for each component unit previously described may
be obtained at 130 South Main Street, Lake Elsinore, California 92530.
NOTE:
The City Council also acts as the governing body of the Recreation
Authority. Annually, when the City Council reorganizes, the same
reorganization applies to the Recreation Authority automatically.
