SUBJECT: RE- ORGANIZATION OF THE PUBLIC FINANCE AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE
Discussion
Annually, the Public Finance Authority (PFA) selects a Chair and a Vice - Chair.
Recommendation
(1) Selection of Chair:
1. The current Chair opens the nomination for the position of PFA Chair.
2. Receive second
3. Roll call vote is taken by the Authority Secretary
If a majority vote is not reached, then the nomination for the position of Chair is
reopened until a majority vote is reached
New Business
(2) The new PFA Chair then presides over the remainder of the meeting:
1. Opens the nomination for the position of PFA Vice - Chair.
2. Receive second
3. Roll call vote is taken by the Authority Secretary
If a majority vote is not reached, then the nomination for the position of
Vice -Chair is reopened until a majority vote is reached
