Recommendation: Authorize payment of Warrant List dated
July 30, 2009.

Recommendation: Receive and file.
(5) Agreement for Contract Redevelopment Project Manager
Recommendation: The Agency Board authorize the Executive Director to
execute a Personal Services Agreement in the form attached hereto with
Steve Soto in an amount not to exceed $50,000.

The Lake Elsinore Redevelopment Agency will adjourn to a regular meeting to be
held on Tuesday, September 8, 2009, at 5:00 p.m. to be held in the Cultural
Center located at 183 N. Main Street, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530.
