SUBJECT: CONSIDERATION OF CANCELLING THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL
MEETING ON DECEMBER 28, 2010
BACKGROUND
The City Council's next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 28, 2010,
which falls between the Christmas and New Year's Holidays.
DISCUSSION
City Hall will be closed on December 24th and on January 31St. Staff does not anticipate
having much business to conduct at the meeting of the 28th because of the holiday
season.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact to the City.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council consider cancelling the Study Session and
regular meetings of the City Council and Redevelopment Agency on December 28,
2010.
