NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meeting of the Public Financing
Authority scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday,
October 26, 2010 is cancelled.

Street, Lake Elsinore, CA, within 72 hours of said cancellation.
