RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE,
CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR ANIMAL
CONTROL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore has duly adopted
Ordinance No. 1283 regarding animal control services; and
WHEREAS, Section 6.04.020 of the above-referenced Ordinance provides that
fees, penalties and charges related to animal control shall be established by resolution
of the City Council.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The above recitals are true and correct.
SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 6.04.020 of the above-referenced
ordinance, there is hereby adopted the fees and charges as of the designated effective
dates as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
resolution and the same shall thereupon take effect and be in force as October 1, 2010.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Lake Elsinore, California, this 10th day of August, 2010.
