The City of Lake Elsinore appreciates your attendance. Citizen's interest provides the
City Council, with valuable information regarding issues of the community.
If you are attending this Study Session, please park in the Parking Lot across the street
from the Cultural Center. This will assist us in limiting the impact of meetings on the
Downtown Business District. Thank you for your cooperation.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person with a disability who
requires a modification or accommodation in order to participate in this meeting should
contact the City Clerk's Office at (951) 674-3124, Ext. 262. Notification 24 hours prior
to this Study Session will generally enable City staff to make reasonable arrangements
to ensure accessibility.
This Agenda was posted outside of City Hall not less than 24 hours prior to the Study
Session. Staff reports and any supplemental writings or documents distributed to all or
a majority of the City Council regarding this Agenda will be available for public review
on the City's website at www.lake-elsinore.org and in the City Clerk's Office,
130 S. Main Street, Lake Elsinore California, during normal business hours. In
addition, the agenda, staff reports and any supplemental writings or documents will be
made available for public review at the Study Session.

Recommendation: It is recommended the City Council review the
proposed Fiscal Year 2010-11 proposed Operating Budget.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City
Council will be held on Monday, June 7, 2010, in the Lake Elsinore
Cultural Center, 183 N. Main Street, Lake Elsinore, California, at 5:00
p.m. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider the Fiscal
Year 2010-2011 City's Operating Budget.
