Commissioners; Claxton,Goodwin,Lansing,Morrow and Merrifield answered roll. calla Thereupon the secTy read the minutes of the meeting held Dec.3rd. and there being.no errors or omissions were approved as read. c' Thereupon the Seery read an amended reo_uest of the California ~aater & Telephone Co. for a ~as.ementefor Telephones wires edsc, covering 3 feet of lots 9 and 10 and lots 11 and 12 block 15. Whereupon it-was °'i moved by Commissioner Zansing second by Commissioner A2errifield that the Planning Commission recomend to the City Council that the request of the California V~ater and Telephone Co. be granted,which motion ~, upon vote was carried. Thereupon the Sec'y read a letter from Mr Fc &irs S.J. Commissioners ; Claxton,Goodwin,;ierrifield and Borrow answer roll call Commissioner hansing absent. They explaining just what they planned if granted the Franchise they requested in rear of City hibray and State Forest Service Station.- ~fdhereupon it was moved by Comm. Goodwin second by Comm. Lansing I that the Planning Commission recomend to the City Council that letter of Nov.°5th. be incorporared in grant of Easement requested. Under these conditions the Planning Commission recomends to the City Council that the request of the California Ydater and Telephone Co. be granted which motion upon vote was earried~ Having recieved a Telehone call from Dr.Kin~ regarding his request ~' for the closing of certain streets in the North Ydest section of the Cit 3'; the matter was discussed by the Commission.? The meeting was called to order at the hour of 7:30 P.M.-with chairman Claxton presiding. Commissioners; Claxton, Go odwin,`,Harrison, Morrow and Mc Ewen answer roll call.. .Thereupon. the Sec 'y read the minutes of the. meeting held Dee. 18th..1958 and there being no errors or omissions were approved as read. Mr. Hatch being present requested a variance on lots 15 and 17 block 11 located at 800 block West Graham Ave. He plans for two additional buildings one facing Graham Ave. and one. facing Lowell Street. He stated that each building would have the required 6000 sq. feet leaving 6000 sq, feet for the building already there and would remove the present garage. No variance needed if he, . has the footage as stated., Mr. Hatch also asked that he be granted a variance to al~ow him to practice the profession of massage therapy on lot 17 block 11 {800 West Graham Ave.). - Wheretzpon it was moved by Comm.
