Thereupon the Sec'y read a letter Prom the .Song of Songs Eiotel regarding a permit Yor a sign said letter having been refered to Cormission by City Council"? V~hereupon it was moved by Comm~hansing second by Comm. Coxon that as other signsof same size and type were now in use in the same area as the one requested by Song oP Song Hotel,The Planning Commission reeomend to the City Council that a permit for sai d ~ sign be granted,whieh motion upon vote was carried° Whereupon it was moved by Gomm: Feinstien second by CommCoxon that the Planning Commission recomend to the City Council that a uniform plann be adopted,when planting Elm trees,Suggeet that they be planted about twenty five Peet apart,and people getting same promise to see that they were watered at least for the first year, which motion upon vote was carried: `hereupon the Chairman read a letter Prom the Southern CaliP~" Planning Congress asking him to serve on the Executive Committe of said organizatioaa Whereupon it was moved by Comm:' Feinstein second by Comm!Coxon that Chairman.
